Comm. 1067 : AMENDMENT TO FEE SCHEDULE FOR PUBLIC RECORDS
(Bill 917) From County Clerk R. B. Legaspi dated January 5 ,
• 1983 submitting for favorable consideration, a
proposed bill amending the fee schedule for public
records . Informs these changes are necessitated
by basically the absence of a fee schedule for the
real property tax records and the change in the
representative and senatorial districts due to
reapportionment with a commensurate rate revision;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 917 on first reading.
