(Bill 923) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
January 19, 1983 submitting an ordinance bill to
reduce the assessments for ID 7, resulting in each
• lot bearing its share of the actual costs of the
district and to authorize the Finance Director to
make refunds for lots on which payment of principal
in excess of the amended assessments were made.
Informs the reduction in assessment and cash refunds
would result in the lots being assessed according to
the special benefits conferred by the improvements
and will allow the County to terminate the district;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 923 on first reading.
