Comm. 854. 3 : LOAN TO PARKING METER FUND
(Bill 927) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
• January 26, 1983 submitting, pursuant to C-854/
PWC-173 , an ordinance bill which loans the
Parking Meter Fund, $20, 000 from the General Fund
to be used to purchase and install meters and
meter parts needed to implement Downtown Hilo ' s
parking meter plan;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 927 on first reading.
