Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Res. 546 : REQUESTING STATE LEGISLATURE TO CONTINUE FUNDING
LANGUAGE ARTS MULTICULTURAL PROGRAM (LAMP)
Recognizes the valuable contributions of the
Language Arts Multicultural Program in aiding our
culturally disadvantaged third and fourth grade
students and their parents in achieving success in
the educational system and becoming successful
contributing members of our society and requests
the State Legislature to continue its funding of
this much needed educational program;

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 546..
