Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Au- Comm. 406 . 4 : ADMISSION FEES TO LYMAN HOUSE MEMORIAL MUSEUM
From Orlando H. Lyman, President , Board of
Trustees, Lyman House Memorial Museum, dated
February 2 , 1983 informing the previously
appropriated ro riated funds for students and senior
citizens have now been exhausted and finds that
Ordinance 774 sets up no funds until the request
is granted July 1st , leaving a period of no
funding for the months of January through June
this year.
Informs they will prepare a request to be
submitted under Ordinance 774 for July release
and yearly thereafter; however, requests
assistance during the peak period of January to
June when thousands of children visit the
museum;
recommends referral to the administration for consideration of the
funding request.
