March 11, 1983 submitting an ordinance bill providing
funds for:
1. Construction of a culvert under the Araki-Dias
Road in Pohakea Homestead, Hamakua ($25 , 000) ,
pursuant to C-1108/PWC-210.
2 . Preparation of flood zone maps for the City of
Hilo ($100 , 000) ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 947 on first reading.
