BOND COUNSEL/SPECIAL COUNSEL
From Corporation Counsel Stephen J. Menezes dated
• March 21, 1983 requesting approval to amend the
existing bond counsel contract with Jones , Hall,
Hill & White to add the sum of $7 , 500 , as a number
of legal questions concerning the administration of
Improvement District No. 11 funds have arisen.
In addition, the funds remaining in the special
counsel contract account with Nakamoto , Yoshioka
and Okamoto are insufficient to see the district
through to completion, and requests approval to
amend this contract to add the sum of $20, 000 ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 954 on first reading.
