From Deputy Corporation Counsel Christopher J. Yuen
dated March 15 , 1983 informing it is their opinion
that the proposed amendments to the financial
disclosure ordinance submitted by the Mayor are
constitutional;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 952 on first reading.
