(Bill 958) CITIES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
March 31, 1983 submitting an ordinance bill appro-
priating $700, 000 in Federal funds from the 1982
Small Cities Community Development Block Grant
Program to be used primarily for the Davies
Neighborhood Revitalization Project;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 958 on first reading.
(Mr. Domingo declared a possible
conflict of interest but was
allowed to vote by the Chair. )
