From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
April 4 , 1983 submitting an ordinance bill appro-
priating $1, 836 , 009 in Federal funds from the
Environmental Protection Agency for planning and
construction of various sewer projects in Kona and
Hilo;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 959 on first reading.
