(Res . 612) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
April 26, 1983 submitting a resolution transferring
$8,825 from. the Prosecuting Attorney' s OCE Account
to S&W for cash payment of compensatory time credit
in a non-recurring situation when two employees were
not given the choice of electing cash payment;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 612 .
