Res . 618: PAYMENT-IN-LIEU OF TAXES PROGRAM
Endorses the position taken by the National
Association of Counties and Western Interstate
Region in their intent to pursue the court
decision to change it in favor and to the benefit
of the member counties as regards to the Payment-
in-Lieu of Taxes program;

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 618.
