From HSAC Real Property Tax Committee Chairman
Stephen K. Yamashiro dated March 22, 1983
submitting copy of the subject proposal to
allow for tax exemptions for certain alternate
energy improvements . The proposal is being
referred to each county council for introduction,
public hearings and adoption on first reading;
recommends passage of Bill 971 on first reading.
