Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Bill 973 : AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 482 - BOND FUND
(Draft 2) Amends Ordinance 482 adopted on October 17 , 1979 ,
C-1225. 1 as amended, relating to the utilization of bond
funds for the purpose of financing certain public
improvements , as listed.
Bill 973 , Draft 2, accomplishes the intent of
Bill 972 , Draft 2 , by replacing the funding of the
Hilo Storm Drainage (Kilauea Avenue) project,
$115 , 000, with the Hilo Wastewater Treatment project,
$90, 000; and the Holualoa Community Center project,
$25 , 000;

recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 973, Draft 2 , on second and
final reading.
