Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Comm. 1209. 1: KEAAU COMMUNITY CENTER
(Res . 654) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
June 17 , 1983 informing although the Council on
May 18, 1983 approved the purchase agreementand
leasing documents for the Keaau Community Center
(FC-328) , submits a resolution that must be
adopted to meet the requirements of Section 10-11
of the County Charter;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 654 to approve the
purchase agreement and leasing documents for the Keaau Community Center
and to provide sufficient funds to meet the obligation of the, County in
future years .
