(Draft 2) Amends Ordinance 895 appropriating estimated
C-1256 revenues , receipts and surplus for expenditures
in the fiscal year ending June 30,1984, by
establishing a special revenue fund for
beautification;

recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 985 , Draft 2 , on second and
final reading.
