(Bills 992 & IMPROVEMENTS
993) From Finance Director Nakamae dated
July 12 , 1983 , informing that Ordinance
899 , creating new projects totaling
$840 ,000 , and Ordinance 901, adding $21,000
for Spouse and Child Abuse Facility, which
amended Ordinance 796 are invalid and must
be readopted to amend Ordinance 896 , the
capital budget ordinance in effect for the
current fiscal year;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill Nos . 992 and 993 on first
reading.
