4a Comm. 1309 : AMENDMENTS TO PART 5 OF RULES AND REGULATIONS
RELATING TO STAGGERINGMOTOR VEHICLEREGISTRATION
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
June 29 , 1983 transmitting an amended Part 5 of
the Rules and Regulations of the Director of
Finance Relating to Staggering Motor Vehicle
Registration. The amendment provides that late
penalty will not be assessed on registrations
occurring on the first working day following the
expiration date when the expiration date falls on
a Saturday, Sunday, holiday, or a day which is not
a full working day;
recommends Council approve the amendments to Part .5 of the Rules and
Regulations of the Director of FinanceRelating to Staggering Motor
Vehicle Registration. .
