LituComm. 1311 : APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS - MARIJUANA ERADICATION
(Bill 996) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
August 3 , 1983 informing the Drug Enforcement
Administration is providing $30 , 000 to Hawaii
County to defray expenses relating to the- eradica-
tion of illicit marijuana fields and submits an
ordinance bill to appropriate these funds to the
Police Department;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 996 on first reading.
