• From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
August 11 , 1983 submitting an ordinance bill appro-
priating $105 , 000 in Federal funds from the
Environmental Protection Agencyto design a
sewerage system. at Honokaa. Informs the Federal
share is 75percentof the total project cost , the
State will contribute 10 percent and the County
will assume 15 percent of the cost;

recommends Council approve and adoptBill 998 on first reading.
