Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
1 &t Comm. 1347 : HAWAII COUNTY CODE - PURCHASE PRICE
(Bill 1011) From Corporation Counsel Stephen J. Menezes dated
• September 6 , 1983 informing the County Code will
be available for sale to the public in two or
three months . If the County hopes to recover a
substantial portion of the cost of printing the
Code, the price will have to be raised from the
present $30 . 00 to $225 . 00 for the four bound
volumes , $25 . 00 for the zoning annexes and $20. 00
for the traffic schedules ; and submits a bill to
accomplish this purpose;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 1011 on first reading.
