9 a Comm. 77 .6 : IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 11 - DISCOVERY HARBOR
(Bill 102-2) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
September 28 , 1983 , submitting an ordinance bill
authorizing the execution of steps 2-5 for the
termination of ID No. 11, which would cancel
Installments 12-15 due 1984-87 , refund assessments
paid through Installments 12-15 , cancel Installment
11, and refund assessments paid on Installment 11.
Informs should funds be available for execution of
the remaining two steps, namely, refund of unapplied
penalty waiver and second penalty waiver , they will
transmit necessary documents for action.
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 1022 on first reading
