From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
June 20 , 1983 , submitting for review a report entitled
"Turnkey Risk Management Program for the County of
Hawaii" prepared by Public Entities National Company
(PENCo) under a contract with the County. Requests
comments on the recommendations and support of their
• efforts to implement them.
Aa, �a 590 .6 : From Legislative Auditor Harry Takahashi dated
July 8 , 1983 , submitting a summary of the subject
report. Informs staff has just completed a
questionnaire independent of the PENCo report on the
possibility of the County obtaining liability
insurance; should the determination be favorable to
the County, it would be necesary to develop the
specifications for bidding purposes.
recommends the Council support the administration' s efforts to
implement the Turnkey Risk Management Program for the County of
Hawaii.
