appropriating $180 ,000 in Federal funds from the U. S .
Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service,
for the Wailuku-Alenaio Watershed, Diversion No. 3 ,
and Chong ' s Bridge Channel Protection.
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 1026 on first reading.
