From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
October 20 , 1983 , submitting a resolution transferring
$7 ,000 in the Treasury Division from the Motor Vehicle
Computerizing Expense account to Postage and Freight to
mail motor vehicle registration renewal forms for the
period January to June 1984 . Previously, documents were
being processed in Honolulu and postage absorbed by them.
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 783 .
