(Bill 1039) SUBDIVISION) - AMEND BOND COUNSEL CONTRACT
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Barbara P. Richardson
dated November 8 , 1983 , informing the legal questions
concerning the administration of ID 11 funds continue
to require the advice of bond counsel and requests
approval to amend the existing bond counsel contract
with Jones, Hall, Hill & White to add the sum of
$5 ,000 .
In addition, the funds remaining in the special
counsel contract account with Nakamoto, Yoshioka &
Okamoto are insufficient to see the district through
completion and requests approval to amend this
contract to add the sum of $20 ,000 ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 1039 on first reading .
