Av_ Comm. 1330 .1: QUALITY CIRCLE PROGRAM
(Res. 793) From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated November 22 ,
1983 , recommending that the County move forward with
the quality circle program and initiate training of
more circle leaders, to be followed with the
formation of new circles in County departments, and
that an appropriation of $8 ,500 be made to carry out
the program described in the attached report;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 793 .
