4(0.-t., Comm. 1449: APPROPRIATION OF FEDERAL BLOCK GRANTS
(Bill 1059) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
December 20 , 1983 , submitting an ordinance bill to
appropriate $931,000 from the Department of Housing
and Urban Development under the 1983 Community
Development Block Grant Small Cities Program. The
funds will be used primarily for site improvements
to the Kealakehe Houselots II project, for the
Waimea Community Center and for the air cargo
project at General Lyman Field;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 1059 on first reading .
