, -�- Comm. 1464 : REALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY CONSTRUCTION
(Bill 1063) PROJECTS
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
January 16, 1984 informing' bids were opened for three
public safety construction projects (Keaau Police
Station Expansion, Construction of Helicopter Hangar,
and Construction of Communication Building at Kapoho)
and reallocation of funds must be made to provide
sufficient funds to award the bids.
Requests that the $12,853 .61 balance in the Kapoho
Community Building project plus the balance in the
Fire Radio Communications Building account of
$15 , 146.39 (total $28 , 000) be transferred to the
Keaau Police Station Expansionroject ($10, 000) and
the Helicopter Hangar project ($18, 000)pand submits
an ordinance bill to reallocate these funds ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 1063 on first reading.
