Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
v Comm. 1487 : APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS - . SENIOR EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
(Bill 1067) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
February 3 , 1984 informing the County has been
allocated additional funds of $25 ,027 for its senior
employment program and submits an ordinance bill to
appropriate said funds , which must be spent by June
30 , 1984 . Informs they plan to fill four existing
vacant positions and increase the hours of work by
participants from 19 hours a week to 25 ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 1067 on first reading.
