informing due to the recently approved
reapportionment plan, it is necessary to employ the
temporary election clerks earlier than planned or
budgeted for ; and submits a resolution to transfer
$9 ,500 to the salaries and wages account to take care
of the anticipated shortfall;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 858 .
