Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 918-84,
reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution 918-84 is to appropriate and transfer funds
to cover overtime costs incurred during the Mauna Loa eruption.-
Pursuant to Section 10-9 of the Hawaii County Charter, relating to
appropriations and transfers, Resolution 918-84 transfers : 26, 214.86
from the Provision for Overtime Compensation account to Civil Defense
Salaries and Wages (123, 000.00) , Prosecuting Attorney Salaries and
Wages (1959.45) , Parks and Recreation Administration Salaries and
Wages ($1, 397. 70) , and Parks and Recreation Multi-Purpose Activity
Center Salaries and Wages (1857. 71) .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent and purpose of
Resolution 918-84 and recommends its approval.
