Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 1089, " reports
as follows :
The purpose of Bill 1089 is to appropriate and transfer Federal
grants received for the Senior Community. :Service Employment Program.

Pursuant to Section 10-8 of the
supplemental appropriations, Bill 1089 is submitted to appropriate
grants received to paysalaries of six temporary
�9 650 of Federal
part-time employees who qualify under the Senior Community Service
Employment Program, Elderly Activities Division of the Department of
Parks and Recreation.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent and purpose of
Bill 1089 and recommends that it pass first reading.
