Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 928-84,
reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution 928-84 is to appropriate and transfer funds
necessary for payment of accrued vacation of attorneys who left
County service and payment to a part-time attorney at the Child
Support Division.
Pursuant to Section 10-9 of the Hawaii County Charter, relating to
appropriations and transfers, Resolution 928-84 transfers 14, 700 from
the Vacation Pay account and 14, 850 from the Provision for
Compensation Adjustment account to Corporation Counsel Salaries &
Wages account (t4", 700) and to Corporation Counsel - Support Salaries
& Wages. account (14, 850) .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent and pur ose of
Resolution 928-84 and recommends its adoption. i
