Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 1110, reports
as follows :
The purpose of Bill 1110 is to appropriate $16,000 received from the
State Department of Planning and Economic Development to continue the
energy audit program in FY 1984-85.
Pursuant to Section 10-8 of the Hawaii County Charter , relating to
Appropriations: Supplemental and Emergency, Bill 1110 amends
Ordinance 84-31, the Operating Budget for FY 1984-85 , by increasing
revenues in State grants in the amount of $16 ,000 and appropriating
same to the Energy Audit account .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 1110 and
recommends that it pass first reading.
