Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 1112, reports
as follows:
The purpose of Bill 1112 is to. amend Ordinance 84-32, the Capital
Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30 , 1985 , by adding a new
Section 7 authorizing the use of 143 ,500 from the Unallotted
Appropriation General Fund Transfer account in the Bond Fund for the
Hamakua Road and Drainage project authorized in Ordinance 796.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the purpose of Bill 1112 and
recommends that it pass first reading.
