The purpose of Resolution No . 315-87 is to transfer and appropriate

Motor Vehicle
The need for the truck is based on the fact that the old vehicle is
frequently on downtime due partly to an accident this year .
Funds for the purchase are available due to steps taken to effect
savings in other areas .
Pursuant to Section 10-9 of the Hawaii County Charter , the Council ,
by resolution, may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation balance from one agency to another .

Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Resolution No . 315-87 and recommends its adoption .
