Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 368 , reports
as follows:
Bill 368 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing revenues in General Fund Account
No . 3609 .10 , Fund Balance from Previous Year , by $111 ,000 , and
appropriating same to the following expenditure accounts:
