Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 367 , reports
as follows:
Bill 367 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing revenues in General Fund Account
No . 3304 .13 , State Grant, Food Stamp Prosecution, by $990 .98 , and
appropriating same to Account No . 010-271-5271 .15-115, Prosecuting
Attorney Training Expenses .
These funds were received from the State by the Prosecuting Attorney
as the result of "his food stamp prosecution efforts and he has
requested that it be used for training purposes .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 367 and recommends that it pass first reading.
