Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill 366 , reports
as follows:
Bill 366 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63 , the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing revenues in General Fund Account
. No . 3607 , Contribution from Private Sources , by $15 ,000 , and
appropriating same to Account No . 010-505-5505 .47-115 , Liliuokalani
Park Pathway.
The donation was received from Dr . Sen , Grand Tea Master of
Urasenke . These funds are to be used for a walkway to the Shoroan
Tea Hut from the sumo area at Liliuokalani Park .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 366 and recommends that it ass first reading.
