Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 365 , reports
as follows:
Bill 365 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63 , the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing revenues in the General Fund
Account No . 3304 .23 , State Grants , by $50 ,000 and appropriating same
to Account No . 010-201-5215 .53-115 , Witness Security & Protection
Program. The money is to be used for the Police Department 's
witness security and protection program .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 365 and recommends that it pass first reading .
