No . 1072 reports as follows:
The purpose of Communication No . 1072 from Corporation Counsel
Ronald Ibarra is to request an executive session to discuss the
employment of special counsel in the Brown , William Edward, et al .
vs . R.M. F. Associates , Inc . , et al , Civil No . 9485 .
In executive session , your committee was apprised by the Corporation
Counsel on the circumstances for the need to employ special counsel .
Your Committee on Finance recommends that the Corporation Counsel be
authorized to hire special counsel in Civil No . 9485 , for a sum not
to exceed $6,000 .
