Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill 353 , reports
as follows:
The purpose of Bill 353 is to amend Ordinance 87-31 to correct the
project title as follows:
[Puakea] Pohakea and [Kapahu] Kaapahu Homestead Road
Your. Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 353 and recommends that it pass first reading.
