The purpose of Resolution No . 301-87 is to transfer and appropriate
$25 as follows:

010-101-5101 .40-021 LEGISLATIVE AUDITOR S&W OVERTIME $25 .00
Credited To:
010-101-5101 .40-099 LEGISLATIVE AUDITOR S&W MISC. $25 .00
This is to pay for night differential wages for overtime work
accrued from evening public hearings . Resolution 301-87 also
establishes an account for miscellaneous salaries and wages .
Pursuant to Section 10-9 of the Hawaii County Charter , the Council ,
by resolution , may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation balance from one agency to another .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Resolution No . 301-87 and recommends 'option .
