No . 1042, reports as follows :
The purpose of Communication No . 1042 is to recommend the
appointment of Ms . Barbara Ann Koi to the Liquor Commission .
Ms . Koi , a democrat from Kau, is a partner in Roy's Fishery. She
was a former member of the Planning Commission and will be serving
until December 31, 1987 , filling a vacancy created by the
resignation of Ms . Edna J. Aguil .
This appointment is being made in accordance with Section 7-3. 2 of
the Hawaii County Charter .
Your Committee on Finance recommends approval of the appointment of
Ms . Barbara Ann Koi to the Liquor C mmission .
