Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 349 , reports
as follows:
Bill 349 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-64, the Capital Improvement
Budget for Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by adding the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
KILAUEA AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS $557,000
(110 -3995392.81-115 )
Funds for the project will be provided from Federal Grants
Receivable .
Drainage improvements will be made along Kilauea Avenue from Kawili
to Mohouli Streets .
•
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 349 and recommends that it pass first reading .
