Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
No. 287-87 , reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No . 287-87 is to approve the lease between
HPC & Associates and the County for additional office space situated
at the First Federal Business Plaza, Kailua-Kona, and that
sufficient funds be budgeted in future years to cover the
obligations of the County under the lease agreement.
The space would accommodate additional personnel to be assigned to
service the West Hawaii area.
The lease term would be for 8 years and 5 months, commencing
March 1 , 1987 to July 31 , 1995 . .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution
No. 287-87 and recommends its adoption .
