The Office of Aging is planning to purchase office equipment ,
computer equipment and motor vehicles . Although owned by the
agency, the motor vehicles will be utilized by the Coordinated
Services program for use in Kohala, Hamakua and Kona . •
Pursuant to Section 10-9 of the Hawaii County Charter , the Council ,
by resolution, may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation balance from one agency to another .
