Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 341, reports as
follows:
Bill 341 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1986-87 , by increasing revenues in Account No. 3609 . 10 ,
Fund Balance from Previous Year , by $26 ,359 .98 , and appropriating 'same
to the following:

Part of the funds are to be used by the respective agencies for
overtime and miscellaneous salary and wage expenses incurred during the
Puna eruption emergency. The Civil Defense will also be reimbursed
$8,794.00 for portable toilets , camper rentals and meal expenses .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord wit the intent and purpose of
Bill 341 and recommends th t it pass ±r reading.
