Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 340, reports
as follows :
Bill 340 proposes to amend Ordinance 86-63, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1986-87, by increasing revenues in Account No. 3609 . 12,
Fund Balance - Reserve for Liquor Control , by $7,525 , and
appropriating same to Account No . 010-251-5251 .06-450 , Liquor
Control - Equip - Office Equipment .
The department is planning to utilize the funds to purchase office
equipment in anticipation of its move to the Hilo Lagoon Centre .
Funds are being provided from the reserve for Liquor Control .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 340 and recommends that it pass fj/st reading .
